1. Agreement to these terms

By using ChaseSeasons (“the site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure.

2. What ChaseSeasons is — and isn't

ChaseSeasons is an independent editorial and data resource that helps UK travellers understand seasonal pricing, weather, and school holiday patterns for holiday destinations. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform.

We do not sell flights, hotels, package holidays, or any other travel product, and we never take payment, hold client money, or act as a party to any booking. Every booking you make is a separate contract directly between you and the third-party platform you book through (for example Booking.com or Expedia) — that platform's own terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and customer service apply to your booking, not ours.

3. Accuracy of information

We research and compile the seasonal data, price indices, crowd indices, temperature and rainfall figures, and school holiday premium ranges shown on this site as carefully as we can, and we document our methodology on Data Sources. Even so:

• Price indices and savings ranges reflect historical and typical seasonal patterns, not live prices. They are indicative, not a quote or a guarantee.
• Temperature and rainfall figures are historical averages and do not predict the weather on any specific future date.
• School holiday premium ranges are estimates; actual prices vary by operator, route, and availability.

Always check the actual price, dates, and terms directly with the booking platform before you pay. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information on this site — see Section 6.

4. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party websites, including booking platforms and (where noted in our Affiliate Disclosure) affiliate partners. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, pricing, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, nor for any loss or dispute arising from a transaction you enter into with one. Any issue with a booking, payment, cancellation, or refund is a matter between you and that third party.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, seasonal data compilations, and other original content on ChaseSeasons are owned by us or used under licence, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Photography is used under the specific licences listed on Photo Credits; third-party trademarks (including the names of booking platforms referenced on this site) belong to their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement or partnership except where explicitly stated.

6. Limitation of liability

ChaseSeasons is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChaseSeasons and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of money, bookings, or holiday enjoyment) arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any third-party site linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you arising out of your use of this site is limited to £100.

7. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of ChaseSeasons at any time without notice, and may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them or to your use of ChaseSeasons is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
